We wish to thank Mr. Piffer for his time served and wish him every success in the future. Tyrone Docherty, a Director of the Company, has been appointed to the Company's Audit Committee by the Board of Directors effective immediately. Berkley Resources Inc. is a junior oil & natural gas exploration, development, and production company based in Calgary, Alberta. The Company's operations are focused in Western Canada.
